Surface Edits

A series exploring how urban surfaces are constantly edited by layers of signs — graffiti, stickers, overpainting, and traces of time — transforming the wall into a living palimpsest of conflict and accidental collaboration.

The wall becomes an anonymous canvas where different authors — artists, vandals, activists, and municipal workers — interact without ever meeting. By framing these chaotic overlaps, the series isolates accidental compositions that were never meant to be permanent. It is a visual archive of public interruptions.
